CUSTOM SCRIPTS

    Does anybody know if there is a way to create custom scripts (or macros) to control queues behaviour/response. The same question applies to extensions.

    Can you give us an idea of what you are trying to do. Combinations of queues, ring groups, digital assistants and dummy extensions is very powerful and we have some complex set ups, so I dont think you need custom scripts.

    Post an example of what you want and I will try and do it using the available 3cx resources.
