Custom Voice Application

    I am using 3CX v15 which does not currently and the current release of VAD is not compatible.

    If I build my own voice application (without VAD) how can I set up a digital receptionist to use it?

    In 3CX v15 there is no API to create such app. You would have to create a SIP client application, connect to 3CX as an extension, and interact with the user over RTP. You need to use your own stack for SIP and RTP, or use open source stacks. Not an easy job...
