Custom Wallboard

    How is everyone creating their own wallboards? We have have custom designed screens for our Call Center that pull information from various systems and using the built in wallboard, going from v12 to v14, is not an option. In looking over the Call Control API and MyCRM API neither seems to address how to grab call queue information like you see on the wallboard. There also does not seem to be a way to pull the information out of the database. At least not for Call Waiting, Calls Serviced Now, Current Queue Calls

    Does anyone have any solutions?

    We want to display custom wallboards on TVs in our Call Center. Since we have different Call Groups and Queues to monitor we want to display information to specific queues on the different monitors. All of this is done through a Web Site.

    If it can be done through a SQL call great but I don't believe information on Calls Waiting in a queue is available via the database.
