Customer Static Report

    Our customer request a report to understand how many calls that specific customer call the company instead company calls the customer.
    A report like that: “Extension Static Report” instead extension the “customer”.
    Another point of view, it should be the top caller and the time spent.

    The "Call Report" in csv format and works in Excel in offline, it requests an high effort.
    It's not a good idea!

    Do you have any ideas or solutions about that ?
