    Hello All,

Is it currently possible to set up a link/URL which we could provide to our customers so that they have an overview on the active/live calls anytime they open it?

I would highly appreciate if you provide me with the steps how to do this. I am looking for something like a dashboard etc.

    Thanks a million.

In addition, we could give an access to our customer but it would also give admin rights.

We are looking for a simplified way of giving access to the customer to only see current calls?

    Is that possible?

    Hello @Konstantin Ganev

You could create an extension for your clients that is part of all groups and provide them the link for the Web client. From there they can have click on Switchboard and see active calls and details regarding the calls. They cal also have access to the wallboard to see queue statistics.
This way you do not have to provide them with access in the management console and they can view calls from a browser without needing a 3CX client

    Hello @YiannisH_3CX

Having the ability to see the wallboard with queue statistics would be even better and that is what we are looking for.

Could you share some steps on how to do it?

Under each extension created in the management console there is an option to enable the web client (it is enabled by default).

Clicking on that link and logging in with the credentials provided (the username is the extension number) you will be logged in to the
    web client for that extension.
From there you can click on Switchboard and see details regarding active calls and the Wallboard.

    Hello @YiannisH_3CX,

Thanks very much for the screenshots. Highly appreciated.

Currently for my setup however the WebClient is not enabled. We only use the tool. How could we enable the WebClient again?

Also the intention is to have only the Wallboard visible via this link and nothing else?

    Thanks for your cooperation.

Could you not just set up a PI or something similar that is logged into the wallboard.

Then create a Live Capture and embed "Live PC" capture, so they can see the wallboard but are not able to click on anything

Seems odd that you want customers to have that access!

    Hello Schrodz,

What I am looking for is how to have this embeded and as a link only.

I do not want to give any rights , only general overview on queue status.

Are you able to provide any guidance in terms of steps how to create it?

It is something you would have to google or look up.

It is not something that 3CX offer. Nothing is "Open" as it would make your system vulnerable
