Customise/Export 3CX Chat Settings

    Hello,

    Please could you add the functionality to configure some of the 3CX chat settings. We have a number of users who use the CTI function only on their machines, and also don't have speakers. The default setting is just for a sound prompt when a chat is initiated with a user, however in our case this isn't suitable. We would like the option to be able to configure the settings such as 'Default chat sound' and 'Open window on new chat' so these can be configured centrally.
