Customizable WebRTC (start with video call and video parameters allocated from the central)

    Dear Team,
    good afternoon.

    For a project with a distinguished communications company in the northeastern region of our country, it is necessary to set the following items:

    To receive calls generated by WebRTC access links, and to be able to answer in Video from the beginning of the contact. Currently the system when entering the first call can be answered only in audio and once established the call can be raised to video call. Is there any way to stop this preset preference for all system calls? If there is no option for the application components, you can be set directly in a file within the system? What would be to change the path and the line?
    Set 3CX Phone preferences so that all agents by default video options remain preset to:

        Video resolution: 1600 x 900 (HD +)
        Frames per second: 30
        Bandwidth: 1 Mbit / s
