Customize Email Notifications - System & Queue

    Does anyone know if it is possible to customize the email templates 3CXPhone uses for email alerts to admins/queue managers?

    I would like to alter the template for Lost Call notifications to include the ringing time, so that our queue manager knows if it's worth contacting the caller back or not.

    If it is possible, how do you do it?

    Unfortunately these alerts cannot be customized.
    I'd suggest posting this as a feature request on 3CX Ideas : http://3cx.com/ideas
