Customizing CDR (Call Data Records)

    We need CDR data but not in the way the system deliver as standard.

    Call 1:
    This will give CDR data when Operator 1 has ended the call
    -> Operator1
    Call 112,00000BDC57BE6074_19,00:00:03.8520000,030414120011,4/3/2014 12:00:14 PM,4/3/2014 12:00:18 PM,10000,100,,10000,1, 0,1,1,11111111,UNO,11111111,100,1,0,0,,,-2

    CallDetail 0,112,-1,100,100,4/3/2014 12:00:11 PM,00:00:03.7500000,4/3/2014 12:00:14 PM,Completed,True,None,False


    Call 2:
    This will first give CDR data when Operator 2 has ended the call
    -> Operator1 -> Operator2
    Call 117,00000BDC57D4A8A9_24,00:00:25.4470000,030414122425,4/3/2014 12:24:44 PM,4/3/2014 12:25:09 PM,101,11111111,,10000,1, 0,1,0,101,11111111,101,100,1,-1,0.5641,default,default,default,-2

    We use the CDR to log call in our support system – and sometimes operator2 can talk very long so operator1 will forget what he talked about or maybe he is in another call and the will mix up the calls when entering data.

    Is it possible to change 3cx so it can deliver CDR data as soon operator1 hang up the phone and not when the hole call has ended?
