D712 new on 3CX server

Dear all,

On our 3CX server, all SNOM 710 and D710 works correctly.
We purchased 3 Snom D712.
All extensions are configured and work but on phones, Snom D712 are in new status :
New snom snomD712 8.9.3.80 New New New New New
And the extension is unprovisionned :
333 snom D712 8.9.3.80 DISPO/333 333 ***** ***** UNPROVISIONED
And the phone works : we can call from the phone and call directly the phone.
On web UI interface, identity and preferences are configured.
The 3CX version on the server is 15.5.3849.1 (not the last)
The firmaware for the phone is the last (downloaded this week end)

Can you explain why the phone is new and the extension not provisionned?
I tested to re-enregistry the phone, restart it, and hard reboot it without success.

How were the phones provisioned? Are the phones local to the PBX or remote? If local did you assign them to the extension using PnP?

Yes, all phones are provisionned local to the PBX.
And now, the new phone line disappears but the phones is always unprovisionned and works...

If the phone shows as un-provisioned but works that means that something went wrong during the provisioning process. Did you use PnP to provision the phone?

Yes, we use PnPto provison the phone, but the server isn't up to date.
We will update and the phone will works after.
I will open a new request if the update do'esn't fix the issue.
