data show at phones hard/soft

    Hi,

    Whern somebody calls to our numbers, at our cisco hard or 3cx phones we can see:

    De:eek:ur number
    customer´s number

    Of course in spanish.
    Is not a cisco problem because using softeware clients we have same situation.

    Where can I change,if possible, this config? at 3cx console, cant´t I?

    Hi,

    I havent quite understood what you want to change.

    I understand what you are seeing right now giving me indication it is going to a queue or a ringgroup. But I have no idea what you are expecting it ot be or changed to.

    Hi,


    The details shown are not correct.


    The first number shown is my number, and the second numbers the number which is calling.

    For example, if my extension is of and incoming calls must be redirected to my mobile, at my personal device is not shown the customer´s number, is shown my office´s number.
