Hi, I am trying to figure out how to access an SQL Server DB from one of the 3CX APIs. I suppose this should be possible with the Call Control API. I have seen that this is possible through VAD, but I cannot figure out how to do this via the API. Is this feature not exposed through the API ? What I am actually trying to achieve is to configure a Digital receptionist to write to a SQL Server DB when caller presses 1 or 2. Thank you.
