    Hi

Anyone who can provide me with more information of the SQL database structure?

An example for use with the PhoneSupportPortal Demo would be great.

    Thanks :)

    Hi @agesen,

    Did you check this article?
    https://www.3cx.com/docs/cfd-accessing-database/

The database structure is whatever you define. Then you create the SQL query to access that specific database...

    Kind regards.

    Hi

Yes I did check that article, but still facing problems.

I have a MS SQL 2014 and created a Database named 'CustomersDatabase'

In that I have a Table named 'customers' and a column named 'id'

I have inserted 1 test PIN

The sql syntax in the example "SELECT count(*) FROM customers WHERE id={0}" is returning a syntax error.

    What i'm missing here :)
