    Hello,

We're having a bit of trouble with the date format on our SNOM phones.

I have the 3cx system set for US date format, ie, 3/13/2014

If I change the date format directly on the phone, the next time the phone is provisioned, it reverts to the European date format, ie, 13/3/2014.

Is there a permanent way to change this? Did I miss a setting somewhere in the PBX?

    thank you,
    Tom Fox

The format would be set in the provisioning file.

Thank you! I was able to modify the template to correct the date.

Hi, where is the time and date format, section in the template.

I like to display the time in 12 hours format instead of 24-hours.

Thank you for your time and sharing,
    Bora

You have to search for this line(s):
<!--# The "time_24_format" field specifies whether to display the time in 24-hour format or in AM/PM format. Valid values are "on"==24-hour Format, "off"==AM/PM Format. The provisioning template sets the valut to "on"==24-Hour Format.-->
    <time_24_format perm="">on</time_24_format>
