We have seen this a few times now.
For no aparent reason our 3CX server sometimes thinks that a call is still in progress even though the phone is avaliable and can still make a new call. This does not stop the phone making or reciveing calls but it is confusing when you look at the line status window.
Interestingly this mistery call is connected to a 'Null' phone number and resets the call duration counter if you refresh the line status window.
The only way to fix the issue is to restart the 3CX services.
Any Ideas?
