I have a system with 20 numbers through a voip provider. The account was registered on one of these numbers. All of the users have ddi configured and if they call out from their phones, the number presented is their DDI one. If they a call is diverted however the number presented is the main registered number. Can I change this number from within 3CX so all outgoing calls that are not assigned DDI numbers will use that number to display to the callee.
