I suddenly noticed that my 3CX has introduced a delay before the IVR starts playing the options messages. As an example, I have one line set up such that when calls arrive it goes in to a hunt group. If the call is not answered it then goes to an IVR. The call is being picked up by the HG, but when it hands over to the IVR there is a long delay, at least 10 seconds before the message starts. This happened just after I upgraded to the latest version of 3CX. PS: I was running on a stand alone machine running Vista 64-bit. The problem started whilst in that format. SInce then I am running 3CX on Windows 7 (32-bit) within a virtual machine using VirtualBoxhave which is on Unbuntu 10.4 (32-bit). The problem still exists in this new configuration.
