    Hi

I am setting up a system which needs to firstly ring 3 extensions for 10 seconds and if unanswered ring all extensions.

I have had it setup using 2 queues and failing over but there is a couple second delay when failing over, plus also the 3 phones on the front desk get a missed call.

Is it possible using the call flow designer to delay the ringing to certain extensions by 10 seconds?

So the first 3 extensions start ringing and 10 seconds later the rest join in.

    Thank you for the reply.

Is there no other way we could possibly work around this?

For example, have two queues ring for the same incoming call. So 'queue 1' rings for 40 seconds but 'queue 2' will start ringing 10 seconds into the call and ring simultaneously to 'queue 1'?

Or set a prioritised hunt that can have a variable siZe?

Maybe you can try nesting Ring Groups instead of Queues, but I'm not sure if that will work...
