Delay in answering Queue calls

    Hello all,

    we recently installed a 3cx PBX. Our setup is ISDN-30 lines with a Patton to get ISDN to IP.
    All incoming lines (direct numers as well as ring groups) are okay when we pickup. You can directly start conversation, only with calls from the queue, there is a delay of 1 - 2 seconds.

    Therefore users have to say their name twice, because the first part disappears. It looks like connecting form the queue is taking much more time than from a ring group.

    Does this sounds familiar to current users or do we have a setup problem somewhere?
    If so, does anyone has a clue where to search?
