Delay in answering Queue calls

    Can you confirm PBX version & patch, also exactly how you are setup?

    Hello. I installed ALL Patches and Updates. We use V15

    Setup: we use public IP and SSL from 3cx.com

    the 3CX Systems run on a virtual machine with Windows Server 2012R2. It has 8GB RAM and 4 CPU.
    the SIP trunk we make with BeroNet and a E1 (30 Lines) connection to Colt Provider.

    yes I installed the Beronet exaclty like this. As I mentionded: Direct Calls are all okay without delay. Only Calls in the Queue are delayed.
