Delay in audio

    We often times have customers complain about delay in audio. Most of them have great internet lines, 100x10...60x5...ect.

    We have everyone on ubiquiti networks which work very well on most of our installs. We arent really sure what steps to take when they complain of delay in audio.

    Any advice?

    Hello @OCWI,

    A good way of locating the issue is by performing a Wireshark capture while making a call from/to an extension. You can then listen to the audio of the call from Wireshark to confirm, and check the packet trace for possible issues.

    Would attempting to toggle "pbx delivers audio" be worth trying?
