Delayed Notification

    hi guys, i have a question for delayed notification, the 3CX system email me that there is a missed call, the time of missed call is 8:30 am and i received the email by 11:00 am, thanks

    Hi Ian,

    Make sure your time on the server is synchronised to a reliable time source (NTP) and timezones configured correctly on phones and server.

    Make a missed calla and see the time it is showing on the email. The delay in getting the email might have also been an issue with the email server and not necessarily with the PBX.
