Deleting webmeeting user account

    Hi,

    I have 3CX v12 and want to change the email address of an extension but it tells me there is a webmeeting user account attached to it that must be deleted first. How do I do that? When I go to Settings-Webmeeting it throws an error about an exception occurring with the Director Service.

    Any advice or help appreciated.
