Deploying CFD App to System, Missing Option to Upload

I have an Enterprise Hosted license and am trying to learn / play with the CFD. I am following this guide and it is saying to upload the app to “Advanced” > “Call Flow Apps”. This is not an option, am I missing something or did it move somewhere since this guide was written? I attached a photo of that menu.

CallFlow is not allowed on Hosted by 3CX since you cannot have filesystem access (which the CFD gives.)
