I am able to make and receive calls from a Granstream BT-200. I am able to make calls using the VOIP Client in headset mode. When I make a call using the desk phone with the voip client in desk mode, the client status does not change. When I try to use the tapi dailer in the desk mode I get a truncated error message and the system returns to on hook. I undertand the system is supposed to ring back to the phone so I can pick it up to complete the call. If I take the phone off hook the VOIP client does not change status.

I am presently using the Free system and am current on all patches.

I made some changes. I now get a different error message. It indicates "Deskphone mode requires http access to trigger calls from remote locations." I don't think I am in a remote location.

I am having this same issue. I'm using a licensed version v7. Any suggestions here?
