Desk phones un-register if Android client connects

    Hi,
    We are running 3CX 12 pro, sp3. I've noticed if a user connects with an Android phone using the 3CX app the desk phone (Aastra 6730i, 6731i) becomes unregistered after a few minutes. If the Android app is shutdown the user's desktop phone becomes registered again after 5 - 10 minutes.
    Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

    A little more information.
    The error on the Aastra 6730i phones System information - SIP Status - Status = Contact Mismatch.

    After further testing the problem occurs only when using the 3CX for Android. If we use a different SIP client on the Android we do not experience the unregistering of the Aastra phones.
    Has anyone had the same experience? If so, did you have a work around? I'd like to use the 3CX client as it is superior.
