    Hello

I got a question regarding the VoIP client and its Tapi driver.

If I use the 3CX-VoIP client as Softphone (registered as a completly new extension on the 3CX PBX-Server) the TAPI driver works flawlessly, meaning I get two popups
1- from the 3CX- VoIP client
    and
2- from my third party software (BlueOffice, which is basically a database system for adresses, contact information etc.)

However, if i use the 3CX VoIP client in Deskphone mode, (registered on/as the same extension as my Deskphone),
theres an error and TAPI gives out "DN" as caller ID in BlueOffice, still the number on the popup from 3CX-client shows the correct number.

I think this has to do with shared lines.

I would like however to use the 3CX VoIP client in deskphone mode, placing calls to/with my Deskphone from my PC, and if somebody calls see their contact information pop-up in BlueOffice.

Any tip, getting this to work, would be appreciated.

    Best regards

    Tom

    till then
