Solved Destination for no or invalid input not working correctly

    Hi community

    I setup in Digital Receptionist: Destination for no or invalid input -->If no input within seconds:7 --> Connect to Extension or Connect to Ring Group, but it doesn't work correctly. When someone call my number the onhold.wav plays for ever! Any suggestion?
    Note: I have latest version 15.5.

    It sounds (no pun intended), like it's not going to the ring group. What does the 3CX Activity Log show? Where is the call routing?

    Hmmm! I found what was wrong.
    I thought that was 7 seconds during the playing of background music, but it's 7 seconds after the music ending.!

    That is correct, the timeout will start counting after the prompt stops finishing playing. Glad to hear the issue is resolved.
