Destination Not found

    Everytime I try to make a call using the soft phone that is installed with the client, I get an error" Destination not found. I do not have a hardware VOIP phone. I am just using the software and the softphone. Can this work?

    do you have add route for outgoing call ?

    can you send the log file please ?

    If your destination is an extension, please make sure it is registered.
