Detailed Agent Statistics

    Is it possible to get detailed agent duration statistics (withdrawals, pause durations, after call work)?

    There is no any reports in web report tool.

    At the moment what is available is what is visible in the 3CX MyPhone.
    Can you open these as feature requests on our 3CX Facebook page? We have had multiple questions on this. These ideas are very interesting and very useful for a call center queue manager that wants to correctly assess the status of agents in a queue.

    You can see only status of agent in myphone. But, you can not see how much time is passed in this status.

    You can not see withdrawal time, also there is no after call work (acw).

    Without theese features, you can not install any call center.
