Detailed report according to outbound rule

    Hi All,

    I have a customer that have 2 outbound lines with unlimited package and 10 that should be charged per minute.
    So I have made an outbound rule for 2 calls and than divert to a second outbound rule with 10 calls.

    Is there any report where i can find which rule each call used so that i know which calls should be billed to him?

    I am running v14 sp3

    I don't think there is a preconfigured report, which can do the job, but surely you could extract necessary data from detailed call log (CDR) files, where you can obtain used trunk info. It's more complicated anyway.

    Do we have any 3rd party software to extract data from the CDR?
