    Hello guys
i'm trying to understand if i can develop a dialer with 3cx, i saved the CDR in a file but it's not very detailed, where can i find the details of the calls (i mean the ISDN codes to check if a number it's wrong or busy or in another state)?

    Thanks

    Hello Ernesto,
I read it, but it's not detailed...it's general, for example if the number it's busy or it doesn't exist the error is "Failed".
Why? Do you know if there is some trick to increase the details?

    thanks

Unfortunately not. If you need more details you can subscribe to calls notifications using the 3CX Call Control API... But you need to create a C# .NET Core 1.0 program to do it.
