device is not currently registered to our servers

    I am new to setting up a PBX phone system and could use some help. I have received this error message and not sure what to do to resolve it.


    A call to your DID xxxxxxxxxx has failed at 6:39pm on 06/21/2010 MDT. We received 'CHANUNAVAIL' when attempting to route the call to your server or device.

    This error usually means your server or device is not currently registered to our servers. Please make sure you are registered to the correct inbound server for your account as per the configuration samples found on the support page within the user portal and that you have selected the correct routing method for your DID(s) on the DIDs page.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated,

    Please read the rules for geting answers - Forum-Rules-Read-To-Get-Answers. Post some additional information - setup, provider, logs, traces, etc. Right now we have nothing to go on other than a pretty generic message.
