"Device not identified:User Agent not matched"

    I'm new to 3cx, but not to telephony.
    Just installed the latest 3cx phone system and skype gateway, to kick the tires.
    internal extensions work fine.
    Skype config looks like it went OK; gateway is OK, status is registered. But when I try to place a call, it fails. Log are included below.
    calling rule is simple; apply rule to calls that start with 9, strip 1 digit, use the skype trunk.
    I have dial-out with skype; I can dial outgoing 10-digit calls directly from the skype client and it works.
    I read on the forums to try making the skype channel not a master, but that doesn't change the behavior I see.

    Versions and logs included below.
    Any idea what I can do to make this work?

    Just found the "trace logs" in the skype gateway. Partial log included, in case it helps.
    Is this trying to call an account instead of a phone line? That might make some sense of it... but I need to know how to dial out to a phone line.

    OK, never mind, looks like I got it to dial.

    Didn't realize I needed to give this a country code; once I changes the dial rule to also append 001, my 10-digit dialing went through OK.
