Is there a way to determine which extensions are NOT enabled for dial by name?
If you are on Linux, do the following:
Log into the server using WinSCP
At the top right, click Find Files
In the File mask: enter self_id_prompt.wav
In the Search in: enter /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Ivr/Voicemail/Data
You will see which extension has the self_id_prompt.wav file
This works for me.
