Dial Codes Activation

    Hello everyone!

    I've got this really annoying problem here: I'm using 3CX Phone System V10 (10.0.24018.2322) with Cisco SPA508G and SPA504G phones. For some strange reason I cannot use *20*XXXX to Pickup Calls. I can use other System Extensions and Dial Codes, but not that. Is there an option to enable them globally? Or per extension for that matter?

    check dialplan of cisco phone and also preconfigured code *20 in the phone
