dial out and my phones ring!

    Hi

    latest version of 3CX (V11 SP1) with a new client with SNOM 320 handsets. When the client calls my main number all their own phones ring, but none of mine do. If they dial the system extension that my hunt group points to they get through, so the issue seems to be when they go out of the 3CX bubble. This has been raised with the SIP provider but they can't find anything

    Any ideas?

    The 3CX log will show where the calls are routing .
