Dial tone provisioning help needed

    Hi everyone

    I'm looking for a little guidance, I've been putting together an xml file with all the provisioning info we need for the Cisco SPA02G, the very last one I'm stuck on and can't find where to add 4 dial tone options which go under the Regional Tab then Call Progress Tones.

    I've tried to guess adding the below in but no luck:

    <Dial_Tone="Regional/Call Progress Tones">420@-19,520@-19;10(*/0/1+2)</Dial_Tone>
    <Outside_Dial_Tone="Regional/Call Progress Tones">350@-19,440@-19;10(*/0/1+2)</Outside_Dial_Tone>
    <Busy_Tone="Regional/Call Progress Tones">400@-10; 10(0.375/0.375/1)</Busy_Tone>
    <Ringback_Tone="Regional/Call Progress Tones">440@-19,480@-19;*(2/4/1+2)</Ringback_Tone>

    Is anyone able to help?

    Hi there,

    It might be worth having a look the Administration Manual for the Cisco phone which could contain this information, however I feel that this question would be more easily answered on the Cisco forum.
