Dial Tones

    Hi Everyone

    Having issues using other peoples (who I dial) automatic attend systems. When connected, I cannot dial any tones. I hear them on the hand set, but they are not passed thought to the caller. I have tested this by ringing my mobile and from the 3CX pressing a 1, 2, 3, * or ‘, nothing happens. I have a Granstream GXW4104. It is not working on any handset or 3CX Windows Phone.

    Hi.
    Try to specify other DTMF Metods in grandstream web interface
    Channels - Channel Spesific Settings

    Thanks you so much appears to be resolved, I have tested on one call, so far. I changed it to "ch1-4:2;". RFC2833 and all appears well, thanks for your quick reply.
