Hi all,
when having all our contacts in the contact list starting with + (country code plus sign) it works perfectly to call these contacts using the 3CX client (Softphone).
Since most of our user have also a Deskphone some of them choose to use the 3CX client to dial/choose the number out of the contact list and when the call is connected they pick up the horn of their Deskphone and start their conversation ...
Unfortunately 3CX in that case dials the number without the + sign and without adding 2 leading zeros in front.
example: +33 12 35 45 25 as number in the contact list will be dialled: 3312 34 45 25 ..
E164 has been set up for France, without checking the "Remove if same country" option, "International Dial Code" option is set to 00.
I tried already by adding on the "Caller ID" tab of a "SIP Trunk" outbound patterns but it look like the + sign just gets ignored not replaced ...
Anybody an idea how it can be solved to dial contacts via 3CX client but doing the call-out by using the Deskphone so the leading + for the country code would be replaced with 00 ?
Thx for yours advice ...
