Dialing delay

    My customer is quite unhappy about how long it takes for phone system to dial.
    I'm not sure how to help this... it all seems to be working for the most part.

    She is pressing SEND but doesn't like the part where it takes forever to actually connect.
    She is used to a very old Toshiba relay type phone switch where its basically instant.

    What can I do?

    We have

    3cx 8sc 12.x
    35 Yealink 46G
    2 Patton FXO gateways

    I think doing a wire shark trace of a call would be helpful to see where the delay is... Even the 3cx logs might be helpful.
