Dialing extension doesn't show name

    I have a user with a Yealink 42G who, when dialing an extension, doesn't get the name of that person when she calls.

    Any thoughts?

    No phonebook provisioned into the phone

    The remote phonebook link is in the Yealink phone, but no phonebook is listed when she presses the "3CXPBook" key on her desk phone.

    She is a remote user using OpenVPN and local provisioning. This is version 14. Firmware is upgraded and phone has been reset and reprovisioned. Maybe something to do with the VPN?
