Dialing midcall drops the call

    Hi,

    Just an a instance of I was in a call and had to dial a number followed by the hash key, when doing this the call I was on dropped. What is the cause of this and how can it be prevented?

    To conifrm we're on C3CX 12 SP5 and using Yealink T46 handsets

    Having retested this it is actually a tone sound when the prompt was to "record after the tone". What would cause this?

    A bit more info...

    A tone sound from... the party you were calling? Did the disconnect come when you heard this tone, or when you actually dialled a digit? Was this calling another extension on 3CX , or an outside call? Has this happened when calling any other destination?
