Hi there
Maybe someone has worked out something that works.
I have upgraded to V11 at a customer site, we have lots of speed dials at this site, now most extensions does not require to dial anything else than the speed dials. So the pin block work fine.
Previously I used outbound rules to create the speed dials, where I for eg, use 6000 and route to any provider, strip off the 4 digits and prepend the long external number. Now with the pin block, you have to supply the pin before using the code.
I would like to have the extension blocked and only dial the speed codes.
I have tried this creating an "dummy" extension which will not be used, an forward all calls to its mobile number, now that works, but will use up extensions.
Any Ideas?
Regards
