Dialing with +

    Hi at all , i have Carrier that send me +39xxxxxxx Calling Number . When i want redialing missed call i must match +39
    On 3CX Release 10 i manage outbound call routing +39 goto ISDN than striplead 3 digit and wok fine . Instead on release 11 i have this problem

    3CX does not know what to do with the call, as dialled. Are you saying that version 11 does not know how to handle a + ?

    You must have set e.164 section correctly, input '00' as prefix (if in Europe) and handle numbers starting with '00' the way you want into outbound rules. There was a post about MS Outlooks and the way it stores numbers.

    In USA is more difficult, you must specify '011' as prefix, unless your provider is handling '00' correctly. For national number you need another rule stripping '011' from '0111' number.

    Hi

    In "Advanced Settings" i disabled the check box "remove if in same country"

    In outbound rule i used in your case if 39 is dialed, strip off 2 digits and pre 00

    I ignored the + and it works fine for me.
