Hi,
We have two trunks voiptalk and voip-unlimited.
We have configured inbound dial plan with DDI name, which works fine for voiptalk, however for voip-unlimited it does not work .
I even checked with the provider, they informed that they have not blocked any name.
I am surprised as it works with voiptalk. Only change between these trunks are that in inbound parameters.
In Inbound For Voiptalk it is contact : host part "DevHostPort" source address/port of the message.
For Voip-Unlimited it is Request Line URI : host part "DevHostPort" source address/port of the message.
I even changed the settings for inbound as Voiptalk's and tested with issue still remained .
One wired thing which I noticed is that I can see the DDI name on the soft phone registered in CTI mode with SPA 504G, but not on the phone. I am really confused of why I am not able to see on phone but can see on softphone.
3cx verion is 12 and all the phones used as Cisco SPA504G.
Any help would be appreciated.
