Has anybody run into this? We ported an office over to our 3CX system Friday of last week and one specific number is not working outbound nor inbound. When you try from inside the office you get a forbidden message and no connection. When you try from an external number you get a message stating "You have reached a nonworking number. Announcement 14 switch 113-5" I have checked our blacklists and the number is not in there.
