DID not working

We have 3cx connected to PSTN BRI lines via a SmartNode 4638. We do not use VOIP or a VOIP provider.

We have DIDs provided by our teleco provider.(BT)

We have set up Inbound Rules to transfer incoming calls to the DIDs to individual extensions but instead they are just going through to the default operator extension. The Inbound Rules have been set up on all of the Gateway Ports

The Server Activity Log does not have the DID number dialled present in the "to" header. It has the default operator extension.

What could the problem be? We would appreciate any suggestions.

Have you confirmed, using something like Wireshark, that the dialled number is indeed being sent by your provider? Have you spoken to BT to confirm that they are supposed to be sending it?

Yes, we have been using the DIDs for years on our (just replaced) Panasonic PBX. The DIDs had always gone through to the correct extensions, therefore we know that the dialled number is being sent by BT
 
Issue solved, posted here in case it helps someone else.

Problem was the DDI mask - BT send only 6 digits as the DDI number, so as soon as I edited the Inbound rules entry in 3cx Management Console to match all was well
