DID problem - see Technical Manual 5.1 PDF page 32

    Hi there,

    I am having problems routing a DID to a Digital Receptionist. The incoming number is in the e164 format 44208819XXXX@OurSipServer.com, but we can't get 3CX to except calls and route them. I have read the manual (Technical Manual 5.1 PDF) and see in yellow on page 32 the words "Still to inset DID routing logic". Has this been written yet as this may help our problems. We use 3 DID suppliers and 1 we have working but the other 2 don't. One of the supplies is Voxbone DID's, has anyone any information on getting 3CX to except calls and route them.

    Hi All,

    Since posting the above - I have got it to work - well - except that the Digital Receptionist does not play (no Audio). I have check the .wav file and the same file works on another Digital Receptionist and plays out fine.

    Can anyone help?
