Different IVR by caller ID country

Hi everybody,
It would be great to have an IVR in two or more languages that is automatically selected depending on the caller ID international prefix.
For instance:
1. for all calls coming from +39 prefix play Italian IVR
2. for all other calls play English IVR

Is there a way to implement this?
I saw under "Extension" > "Forwarding rules" it is possible to add Caller ID exceptions, however it is not clear if it accept partial caller IDs such as "+39" or wildcard characters.

Not sure if this will work, look into Inbound Rules - Add CID call -

You will have to work out the required mask for the called id i.e. 0039* or +39*

These settings have a higher priority than the defaults set on the trunks or DDI
